Description

A million nautical miles from your everyday smoked salmon, this particular fish has been sustainably farmed in seawaters whose natural current produces happier, healthier fish. Back in Grimsby our salmon is lovingly cured, rested and then smoked three times in the kilns over oak chipping, to create a rich flavour, deep colour and unique buttery texture.

We also only ever use the freshest fish for our smoked salmon, which gives it that super clean, fresh taste. This really does have to be tried to be believed!

Packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve the quality and freshness of our lovely smoked salmon.

Ingredients: Salmon (Salmo salar) (Fish) (98%), Sea Salt, Demerara Sugar

Storage:
Keep in the fridge and consume within 5 days unless otherwise stated on the pack. Once opened, store in the fridge. Suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
