This particular fish has been sustainably farmed in seawaters whose natural current produces happier, healthier fish. Our salmon is lovingly cured and hot smoked with sweet chilli for an irresistible flavour.
These lovely portions are ready to eat, so perfect for flaking into salads. Add dollop of Creme Fraiche for extra indulgence.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve the quality and freshness of our lovely hot smoked salmon fillets. In the hot smoking process, you will get protein cookout which you will see in the pack. Don't worry, this is totally normal.

Storage:
Keep in the fridge and consume within 3 days unless otherwise stated on the pack. Once opened, store in the fridge. Suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
