Two delicious 110g skin on, boneless smoked haddock portions, which have been responsibly caught in the plentiful sea of the Northeast Atlantic.

Description

These particularly delicious fresh haddock fillets come from plentiful seas in the Northeast Atlantic, and were caught in responsible ways that support fish welfare, as well as future sustainability. Back in Grimsby, they’ve been carefully cured then traditionally smoked over oak chippings, for an unmistakable flavour as natural as it is irresistible.

Our smoked haddock fillets are cut into portions, you may receive a middle or tail but both are equally as delicious. We use all cuts of the fillet as this supports our sustainable ethics.

Packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve the quality and freshness of our lovely smoked haddock.

Ingredients: Haddock (Melanogrammus Aeglefinus) (FISH), Salt, Natural Colour (Curcumin)

Origin: Caught in North-East Atlantic; Barents Sea, Norwegian Sea, Spitzbergen, Bear Island and Icelandic Grounds.

Storage:
Keep in the fridge. Once opened, store in the fridge and eat within 24 hours. Suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
