A million nautical miles from your everyday smoked salmon, this particular fish has been sustainably farmed in seawaters whose natural current produces happier, healthier fish. Our salmon is lovingly cured and oak smoked for exceptional flavour. We've cut it slightly thicker for a better texture too.
We also only ever use the freshest fish for our smoked salmon, which gives it that super clean, fresh taste. This really does have to be tried to be believed!
Packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve the quality and freshness of our lovely smoked salmon.

Storage:
Keep in the fridge.Once opened, store in the fridge. Suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
