These particularly delicious hot smoked, peppered mackerel fillets come from plentiful cold seas of the North Atlantic, and were caught in responsible ways that support fish welfare, as well as future sustainability. The mackerel are hand filleted and slowly smoked over beechwood for a delicate smokey flavour.
Delicious served as pate. Flake the fillets into a bowl, removing any bones. Stir in Soft cream cheese, the zest and juice of a lemon, add a handful of chopped parsley and a dollop of horseradish sauce, then season to your taste. Smother over toasted sourdough for a tasty, light snack.

Keep in the fridge and consume within 3 days unless otherwise stated on the pack. Once opened, store in the fridge and eat within 24 hours. Suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
