These particularly delicious Lemon Sole come from plentiful seas around Britain, and were caught in responsible ways that support fish welfare, as well as future sustainability. Back in Cornwall, they’ve been carefully quality checked, expertly hand trimmed to remove the head and fins then packed to retain the quality and freshness of our lovely Lemon Sole.
Ingredients: Lemon sole (microstomus kitt) (FISH).
Origin: Caught in the Northeast Atlantic Ocean, North Sea, West of Scotland, Irish Sea, West of Ireland, English Channel, Bristol Channel and Celtic Sea.
Storage:
Keep in the fridge and consume within 3 days unless stated on the pack. Once opened, store in the fridge and eat within 24 hours. Suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
