These particularly delicious fresh haddock fillets come from plentiful seas in the North East Atlantic, and were caught in responsible ways that support fish welfare, as well as future sustainability. Back in Grimsby, they’ve been carefully quality checked, processed and packed to retain freshness of our lovely haddock fillet portions.
Our haddock is cut into portions so you may receive a middle or tail but both are equally as tasty. Using the whole fillet ensures we are keeping things sustainable.
Try a lighter version of fish and chips. Lightly fry the haddock in a little oil and serve with some roasted new potatoes and peas. Don't forget a dollop of your favourite sauce!
Packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve the quality and freshness of our lovely smoked haddock. Don't forget, Haddock has a high water content, so it's natural to see liquid in the pack.

Origin: Caught in North-East Atlantic; Barents Sea, Norwegian Sea, Spitzbergen, Bear Island and Icelandic Grounds.
Storage:
Keep in the fridge and consume within 3 days unless stated otherwise on thee pack. Once opened, store in the fridge and eat within 24 hours. Suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
