These particularly delicious salmon packs have been responsibly farmed in seas with flowing currents, which produce happier, healthier salmon. We don't just stick to a single source ether, preferring to select fish from where the quality is highest and the stocks are most sustainable (Scotland, Norway, Iceland).
Our salmon is quality checked, prepared, processed then packed at a state-of-the-art BRC grade AA* certified factory in the historic fishing town of Grimsby. From here, your fishy delivery will be dispatched and delivered to your door.
Our salmon fillets are cut into portions, you may receive a middle or tail but both are equally as delicious. We use all cuts of the fillet as this supports our sustainable ethics.
Packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve the quality and freshness of our lovely salmon products.

Storage:
Keep in the fridge and consume within 3 days unless the label states otherwise. Once opened, store in the fridge and eat within 24 hours. Suitable for home freezing. Defrost thoroughly in the fridge and use the same day. Once thawed, do not refreeze.
