Where can I buy your fish? 

You can find us in lots of different places, and the list is growing fast, because our ambition has always been to bring top-quality fish to as many people as possible. Right now, our products are in farm shops, delicatessens, speciality food stores and independent retailers all around the country. If there’s no one near you selling our products yet, please just drop us a line with the address of where you’d like to see us stocked, then leave the rest to us. You can also buy our products here on our online store. 

How does online ordering work? 

It's simple, add whatever delicious fish you would like to your basket, checkout and we'll do the rest. 
 
Typically your order will be packed on a Wednesday and delivered by DPD on Thursday. Don't worry if you aren't in, download the DPD app and choose a safe, shaded place for the driver to leave your fishy package. Our packaging is well insulated with plenty of ice packs to keep your package cool but refrigerate as soon as possible. 

Are your products sustainable? 

Yes, because every one of our products is sustainability farmed and caught. We’re very picky about who we work with, so you can rest assured that all of our partners are committed to responsible and sustainable practices, just like us. 
 
That might mean they’re working towards Global GAP, ASC or MSC, if they haven’t already achieved them. We’re picky about where we take our fish from too, and that means researching where the healthiest stocks of the best fish are, then being agile enough to harvest them. 

Is your packaging recyclable? 

Most of our packaging features clear information about which parts are recycled or recyclable. We’re always striving to improve even further in these areas, so we can really minimise our impact on the environment. Our white outer cartons are recyclable, along with the tray's and labels, however the film isn't. 

Can your products be frozen? 

Yes, you can freeze our products the day you recieve them, and you’ll find full information on the websites product description. 

What do I do if I have a problem with your product? 

It hardly ever happens, but if you’re not 100% bowled over by one of our products, please let the retailer know the problem and make a note of the product’s date code. The retailer will let us know, and we’ll follow it up and make sure the issue is properly sorted. 

Where are your products packed? 

We pack our products in the traditional fishing towns of Grimsby and Redruth, here in the UK. That’s because we wanted to use partners who really understand the sea, its produce and how to prepare and pack our fish brilliantly. We also made sure we chose a team that shares our commitment to ethics and sustainability. 

Will the product range grow? 

Yes! We are new and have to start somewhere, so we've chosen a delicious core range to get things going. Over time we'll be adding a full Cornish range, prepared fish such as fishcakes, unusual products that aren't readily available and subscription boxes. So keep an eye out for our news letters and social media with updates of our fishy expansions.
